﴾26﴿ Allah intends to make things clear to you, and to guide you to the ways of those before you, and to forgive you; and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
﴾27﴿ And Allah the Exalted wants to accept your repentance.
And those who follow their base desires want you to deviate greatly (from the command of Allah the Exalted).
﴾28﴿ Allah the Exalted wants to bring ease upon you in His rulings,
because the human being has been created weak.
﴾29﴿ O believers, do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly among yourselves,
except if it is a trade conducted by mutual consent among you.
And do not kill yourselves—surely, Allah the Exalted is Merciful to you.
[26] This is encouragement for implementing the previous rulings in three ways:
(1) These rulings are clear.
(2) This is the way of the righteous people of the past.
(3) By acting upon these rulings, a person receives the mercy of Allah the Exalted.
[27] This too is an encouragement, and in it is a prohibition from following those who follow their base desires.
They are disbelievers, polytheists, innovators, sinners, and wrongdoers.
[28] This too is encouragement, indicating that there is ease in the rulings of Allah the Exalted.
"And man was created weak" means that the human being is weak in terms of physical composition and innate nature,
therefore the rulings of Allah the Exalted have been set according to his capacity.
[29] This twelfth ruling relates to wealth and the killing of oneself and one another, and this is in the outward sense.
Additionally, if trade is completely halted or people consume each other's wealth unjustly, this too is an inward killing of souls.
