تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ 98 اَلٌبَقَرَة

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْفِقُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُمْ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا تَيَمَّمُوا الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنْفِقُونَ وَلَسْتُمْ بِآخِذِيهِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُغْمِضُوا فِيهِ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ ﴿۲۶۷﴾ الشَّيْطَانُ يَعِدُكُمُ الْفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَاللَّهُ يَعِدُكُمْ مَغْفِرَةً مِنْهُ وَفَضْلًا وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ ﴿۲۶۸﴾ يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَنْ يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ ﴿۲۶۹﴾ وَمَا أَنْفَقْتُمْ مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ أَوْ نَذَرْتُمْ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُهُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنْصَارٍ ﴿۲۷۰﴾

﴾267﴿ Yaaa 'ayyuhal lazeena aamanooo anfiqoo min taiyibaati maa kasabtum wa mimmaaa akhrajna lakum minal ardi wa laa tayammamul khabeesa minhu tunfiqoona wa lastum bi aakhizeehi illaaa an tughmidoo feeh; wa'lamooo annal laaha Ghaniyyun Hameed
﴾268﴿ Ash Shaitaanu ya'idukumul faqra wa ya'murukum bilfahshaaa'i wallaahu ya'idukum maghfiratam minhu wa fadlaa; wallaahu Waasi'un 'Aleem
﴾269﴿ Yu'til Hikmata mai yashaaa'; wa mai yu'tal Hikmata faqad ootiya khairan kaseeraa; wa maa yazzakkaru illaaa ulul albaab
﴾270﴿ Wa maaa anfaqtum min nafaqatin aw nazartum min nazrin fa innal laaha ya'lamuh; wa maa lizzaalimeena min ansaar

﴾267﴿ O you who believe, spend from the pure and good things you have earned, and from what We have brought forth for you from the earth, and do not aim toward the defective of it to spend from it, when you yourselves would not take it except with your eyes closed to it.
And know that indeed Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy. 8
﴾268﴿ Satan threatens you with poverty and commands you to stinginess, while Allah promises you forgiveness from Himself and abundance.
And Allah is the Possessor of vast bounty and is All-Knowing of everything.
﴾269﴿ He gives religious knowledge to whomever He wills, and whoever is granted religious knowledge has indeed been given abundant good. And none take heed except those with pure understanding.
﴾270﴿ And whatever you spend in charity or vow as a pledge, surely Allah knows it, and there are no helpers for the wrongdoers.

[267] In this verse is the fifth condition: that one should give in charity from pure and lawful wealth.
This verse addresses both capital owners and landowners.
“What you have earned” refers to trade, employment, and craftsmanship—on which zakat is obligatory.
“And from what We have brought forth” refers to crops and fruits, on which either one-tenth or half of one-tenth is due.
“The impure” refers to defective or low-quality items.
“And you yourselves would not take it” serves as the explanation of what is meant by impure.
[268] In this verse, seven essential points related to spending are mentioned.
The first is to distinguish between the command of Allah and the whisper of Satan.
“Fahshā’” refers to any shameful word or action, whose evil is clearly known—and here it means stinginess.
“Yaʿidukum” – the promise from Satan is a threat (of poverty), while the promise from Allah is a true guarantee.
“Maghfirah” refers to the reward in the Hereafter, and “Faḍlan” refers to the blessings in this world—such as the increase and barakah in wealth.
[269] This is the second point: striving to acquire wisdom is essential. The meaning of wisdom is vast, but in summary, it refers to such an understanding of the Noble Qur’an and religious knowledge that one is able to distinguish between truth and falsehood, and between the inspiration of the Most Merciful and the whispers of Satan. This is confirmed by an authentic hadith: “Whomever Allah intends good for, He grants him deep understanding in religion.”
[270] In this verse is the third point: giving charity in a non-specified manner is general charity, but when it is done in a specified way, it is called a vow (nadhr). The wrongdoers referred to are those who spend inappropriately or make vows in the name of other than Allah. (فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُهُ) — this indicates that Allah will give recompense and reward accordingly.
